The property consists of 585m2 in total, of which 285m2 are closed space and 300m2 are terraces. The property is disbrubuted in three differents levels, always with the splendid views over the sea.
The entrance of the villa is in the first floor where you find an amazing terrace designed to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views and pool.
At the first floor in the house are located the social areas; the spacious living room where you can see the sea with an exterior terrace where you can enjoy meals in open air, the dining room that provides you electrical appliances and tableware and where you can access to the pool. And this floor also has a guest toilet.
