Villa Talía
The villa consists of a total of 486m2 of which 240m2 are closed housing and 246m2 terraces.
The space is distributed on three levels, whose large windows give a clear and substantial lighting to the house.
The second floor gives us access to the villa and the garage (ample capacity for two cars). Upon entering, we find a splendid relaxation area to rest, constantly observing the splendid views of the sea and the mountains.
The main floor is where the social areas of the villa are located.
