METHODS OF PAYMENT

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS FOR OCCUPANCY

The payments will be done by:

– Bank acoount transfer
– Credit card (TPV)
– Pay Pal

In this case is not possible to pay in cash, due to it doesn’t exists a phisical place to meet between both parts.
As we expline before, the payment consists:

30% paid in our webpage www.lasnereidasdealtea.com.
The remaining 70% always 60 days before the entry of the stay, otherwise will be lose the payment of 30% of the reservation process.
The deposit will be paid by cash or credit card at the same moment that you will arrive to the villa. The total refund of that deposit will be done during the next 7 days after the departure of the property, If the villa is exactly in the same conditions that before your entry. (excluding the damage caused for their normal use)

If during your stay you request an additional services (cleaning, linen change, ect …) they will be billed at the end of your stay.
